Need to Report a Damaged Item?

To ensure the safety of our community, we maintain strict hygiene standards. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps to expedite your request:

  1. Subject Line: Use "Order # [Your Order Number] - Damage Claim"
  2. Details: Briefly describe the issue with the product or packaging.
  3. Photographic Proof: Please attach three clear photos to your email:
    • A photo of the damaged product.
    • A photo of the shipping box/packaging.
    • A photo of the shipping label on the box.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept reports for items that have been opened or used unless there is a clear manufacturer defect.
