The KiniBaby Guarantee
Because we specialize in baby hygiene and essential care items, safety is our first priority. Please review our specialized return guidelines:
Hygiene Standard: For the safety of all our littlest customers, items that have been opened, had their seals broken, or been removed from original packaging are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or is the incorrect product, please email info@kinibaby.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include high-quality photographic proof of the damage and the shipping label.
The Return Process: Once a return is authorized, we will provide the address of our distribution warehouse (Supplier). Do not ship items back to the sender address on the package without authorization, as it may not be processed.
Refunds: Once the warehouse confirms receipt of the item in its original, unopened condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
